Behavior Consultations

WHY should you schedule a Behavior Consultation?

A behavior consultation may be appropriate if:

  • you’re not sure what training class is appropriate for your dog;
  • your dog has a specific behavior problem (reactivity, aggression, phobias, etc.)
  • you have a specific training objective for your dog in mind.

WHERE is the consultation conducted?

Behavior consultations are conducted at the Bird’s Eye Multi-Purpose Hall & Park Area along DODGE St. in Filinvest 2, Batasan Hills, Quezon City. View Location Map and Directions

WHAT HAPPENS during a consultation?

You’ll be asked to bring your dog to the Training Venue where I will talk to you about your particular objectives or problems with your dog. Your dog may be taken through a series of activities for temperament evaluation as appropriate to your dog’s case. I may also present certain challenges to the dog to bring to light any problem behaviors.

To help with the evaluation, you will also be interviewed or asked to complete a questionnaire for information regarding your pet and your home life with him/her.

It is also advisable for you to take videos and pictures of any problem behaviors that your dog demonstrated around the home. You may e-mail them to me or show these to me on the day of the consultation.

The ultimate objective of the consultation is to determine what training or behavior modification program may best suit you and your dog. In cases dealing with behavior problems, a typed up assessment and plan, including a training rates estimate will be made available a few days after the consultation.

Follow-up appointments and medical work-up/diagnostic tests (to rule out medical conditions) may be recommended in some cases.

Behavior consultations can be scheduled during the following days and times:
Saturdays/Sundays 1:00p.m. – 3:00p.m.
Wednesdays-Fridays 9:00a.m. – 3:00p.m.
